I traded in my older impreza and got a new impreza wrx here. I went to a couple other dealerships as well, and have to say I felt most comfortable at Cityside. Got a pretty good deal on my tradein, and a good price on the new car I believe, without a lot of pressure during the process. They were patient as I went back and forth on the options I wanted, were able to get the vehicle I wanted even tho it wasn't in the lot at first, and were more permissive on the test drive than the others (not pushing me to return to the dealership in a hurry, etc). Mike was great, and I really appreciated that he was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the Subaru WRX. I've also had a lot of the maintenance on my earlier Subaru done at Cityside and have never had a problem.

We keep our cars for 10 to 12 years before we buy a new one. Needless to say, we always approach car dealerships with some amount of skepticism. We had checked out the ratings on Subaru dealers in advance and Cityside was rated very well and was a good location for us. Peter at Cityside put us at ease. He listened to what we wanted and did not try to talk us into bigger or more expensive cars. He was very informative allowing us all the time we needed to make a decision. We did not feel pressured at all. At every step of the way we felt very well informed. Everything went smoothly and we love our new car.

Dealership clean sales area and service area inside and outside,cars brochures, litrerature easily accessible, plenty of parking.Salesman exceptionally knowledgible, dignified,courteous,calm and efficient. Car features were demonstrated, all features personally required ( By me ) shown to be on car or dealer installed and available immedialety.  Salesman's suggestions all good and accepted.  New car prep was faultless and clean, no footprints, paper,debris or fingerprints anywhere on the car. Dealergifts with the car were the best I ever received, stuff that actually could be used every day.It was as if someone read my mind.  Special circumstances with this sale were handled smoothly as if they didn't exist. I have bought four new cars in the last two years, Porche, BMW, Miata and Ford, this was my best experience by a long shot!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2010 Forester from Cityside. I'm a life-long VW driver, but many of our friends recommended that we look into the Forester, so we went in for a test drive. Peter put us at ease, transforming the stressful process of buying a new car (at a particularly stressful time in out lives for other, non-car related reasons) into a relatively calm experience. He was personable, attentive and respectful. We didn't feel like we were being pressured or taken advantage of, and are very happy with the car. It was a wonderful experience.
